We are very excited to add our first German producer Fio wines. Fio wines is lead by Dirk Niepoort of Douro fame, Daniel his son and Philip Kettern. The wines are focused on using traditional techniques to coax the best flavors of the steep slopes of the Mosel and the Riesling variety. Many of the wines spend added time on the lees and age in large fuders. The wines are also unfiltered and bottled with minimal or no sulphur. Exceptionally precise, fresh, complex and elegant Fio wines are definitely a must have for your summer wine selection.
